Research Interests

Bottom-up Grahene Nanoribbons Synthesis and edge functionalization for Nanoelectronics and Solar cells. The aim of our studies is to achieve controlled growth of crystallographically oriented  single layer Graphene nanoribbons on a patterned substrate. The as grown ribbons will be characterized with advanced surface science techniques before being utilized for device fabrication such as transistor and acceptor material bulk heterojunction solar cells.
