In Kingdom applicants are highly encouraged. You can apply to attend by sending an e-mail to ksc@kaust.edu.sa including a short CV or details of your area of study/research together with brief details of your motivation to attend.
Due to Saudi visa requirements and space constraints, we can accept out of Kingdom attendees only in highly exceptional circumstances and by invitation only.
