​Congratulations to KSC's Daniel Corzo who won the recent Science as Art competition hosted by KAUST's MRS student chapter. Daniel's work, entitled "Dark Needles", depicts methylammonium lead iodide perovskite crystals grown in needle-like fashion, clashing with each other and forming patterns, as if trying to express emotions of their own. Daniel created his image during his MS work in Prof. Amassian's group.
