Research Interests

Studying the individual loss mechanisms in thick junction OSCs and OPDs is of great interest to me as well as realizing a unifying equation that correlates the reduction factor of the Langevin recombination coefficient with the carrier mobility ratio in a BHJ to complete the generic structure-property mapping.
