Biography

An entrepreneur and engineer specializing in guiding innovations from their nascent prototyping stages through to pilot testing and, ultimately, to full-scale commercial deployments. A host of expertise covering multiple fields from chemical and materials engineering to control systems, automation, electrical installation and construction. The founding of start-ups, combined with key industrial partnerships, has given rise to a series of pioneering projects. These ventures range from the creation and implementation of de-mining and UXO ordnance to the advancement and production of surgical models. A notable collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation resulted in the design and prototyping of photoreactors that leverage sunlight to cleanse polluted water with minimal energy consumption. Furthermore, managed and coordinated an international team of engineers, developing and deploying a technology stack across sites globally. This deployment brought several key technologies to the market addressing freshwater supply challenges as well as the integration of cutting-edge cooling solutions into the agricultural domain.
