Biography

I am a highly skilled and experienced professional surface scientist with extensive knowledge of various advanced functional materials analysis and characterization techniques.

My research interests are centered on performing fundamental research for atomically precise structures adsorbed on well-defined model systems to achieve a good understanding of processes such as molecular crystallization, molecular surface dynamics and surface chemistry. In particular, I focus on self-assembly of chiral molecules and non-planar aromatic systems (helicenes) on metallic single crystal surfaces and evaluate their potential for new molecular electronics interfaces.
