Research Scientist in Heeney Group
Insan’s research interest is the study on charge transport and molecular doping in solution-processed semiconductors, which include organic semiconductors, colloidal quantum dots, and metal oxides. He focuses on the implementation of the study for (opto)electronics and energy harvesting device applications such as thin-film transistors, solar cells, and thermoelectrics.
